Testimonials & Case Studies
Several testimonials show the power of Body Logic Experience™
In these examples of HIES stimulation, we highlight neurophysiology and sleep. We also highlight a classic example of Slow Trigger as the outcome.

MARY
drug dependency eliminated
“After four decades of poor sleep, I slept for 16 hours after just one session, the program allowed me to eliminate Ambien after 22 years of daily use.”
Mary, a 52-year-old-female, has experienced poor sleep since age five. She has consulted four sleep medicine physicians and tried dozens of medications, modalities, and techniques with little success.

Steve
triggers of aggression reduced and awareness increased
“I experienced a slow trigger event. When I spilled a fresh and hot cup of coffee all over my lap and my hand, I noticed my response was NOT full of aggression. I was able to calmly deal with the mess and move on with my day."
At the eighth session, Steve came to the appointment clean-shaven with short hair. He explained that he always wanted to fly airplanes and he had applied and completed an interview for pilot school the day before. His courage to pursue his dream arose from the program.
Derive from a case study presented at the 2023 Association of Comprehensive Energy Psychology (ACEP) Conference in Baltimore.
This case study examines the role of high intensity embodied therapy in balancing neuro-regulation for SM, a 30-year-old female (client), who has suffered from extreme trauma and addictions. Journal entries from the participant provide a rich description of her experiences.

ENTRY #1: Lucid Dreams
Suddenly I was flying down a road beside an ocean, and the auras followed along with me. I was no longer a psyche within a body, I was simply a presence with the ability to observe. Dark, twisted memories of horrific traumas arose near me as I continued to travel down the road. They appeared upon tiles within my viewpoint; like little TV screens displaying the grisliest scenes of my life. I sensed an unfamiliar detachment from these flashbacks, as though they did not have the same power over me anymore. I began to smash the awful tiles, at first one by one and then dozens at a time. They crumbled to glittering dust and eroded away from me into nothingness. I gazed at the ocean and then at the radiant sunset above it, the orange and yellow so warm and loving.
ENTRY #2: A Mountaintop ReflectionÂ
The authentic me has been excavated from the tomb of my depression. I no longer struggle with my identity - I know exactly who I am. I see my reflection clearly in these visions. She is externally beautiful, but that does not matter, and it is nothing but a privilege. It is the internal climate of newfound serenity that I adore. I have an inkling of self-love. It is not strong yet, but I will nurse this seed until it blooms year-round.
ENTRY #3: Effect of the Program
This program has reduced the frequency of almost every negative coping mechanism I have. My cravings for drugs and alcohol are nonexistent, and my overall depression and anxiety have improved. I was an avid self-harmer before the program, often cutting myself and even burning my arms occasionally. That has ceased entirely. My binge eating and obsessive skin-picking are still issues in my daily life, but they have improved. At work and school, I am far more productive than I was prior to these sessions. My panic attacks and psychotic episodes still occur but far less often. I used to have these horrific experiences every single day, but now they are infrequent and more manageable. The visions I saw were deeply meaningful and upon interpretation, they always revealed insightful and tailored guidance. I do not possess the medical knowledge to fully describe what has happened to me, but I do know that this therapy has changed something in me for the better.

Reflection on the experience of sequential sessions
Dr. Greg Fonzo, a psychiatry professor at Dell Med and Co-Director of Dell Med Center for Psychedelic Research participated in a Body Logic Experience™ workshop.
He had completed three sequential days of sessions and made the following comments: The first session was a very enjoyable experience with vivid childhood memories that showed my pristine innocence as a child. The second session was a lucid vision, where I watched myself walking into my office at UT, passing a line of people. The third session was transpersonal, I became a giant bird flying in the sky. I was simultaneously aware of flying as a bird while not actually being part of the experience.
After each session, Greg felt an afterglow unlike anything he had experienced before. Not only was he alert and relaxed, but he also sensed potential to modulate his nervous system. It was unique and different.
The immersive experience of flying may be classified as an out of body experience. His recorded workshop segment can be found below.
